Repair Policy & Rates Store policy is: I will get your PC on the bench within 2 to 4 business days. If I have to order parts, repairs can take as long as two weeks -- although they very rarely take this long. However, if you require more immediate service I have a special *RUSH FEE* of $25.00 that guarantees I will begin to perform maintenance on your PC within 24 hours. I also do printer repairs.  PRICING: Pricing varies depending on the complexitiy of the repair. But generally, the bench fee is $70.00 and the hourly rate is $70.00, plus parts. Rush Service: $25.00 additional. Upgrades Maybe you need more RAM or hard drive space? Perhaps you'd like to add a video card, audio card or TV tuner card but aren't sure which is best or why. Whatever you need to know, I will explain your choices clearly and install anything you need me to. PC Tune-up Computer been acting sluggish lately? Are there little things wrong with it that are sapping it's resources? A PC Tune-up can help middle-aged computers (2 to 3 years) get back on their feet again. I'll do a host of tweaks and advise you if it may be time to upgrade any parts or install protective software. | ||
